What if ALFRED HITCHCOCK directed this?

Wow indeed, what WOULD this movie be like then if the ever legendary master of suspense HIMSELF, Mr Alfred Hitchcock, made this?

Even if had the same plot, elements that happened etc, but was obviously done on a far more professional level, with better acting, direction, less obvious continuity errors etc?

And what if someone say more talented than Ed Wood wrote this movie, The Violent Years (1956), as well, maybe even Hitchcock himself?

How would it come across, what rating would it receive, will it have a more intelligent message behind it, would "that aspect, the gender reversal scenes" still exist - probably would anyways but still..." and would it then enter into the best movies ever category list?
