stone crazy

a really weird moment in this is when they're chucking stones, usually in old movies involving heavy stuff they bounce away like foam pieces and considering this is not high quality overall the stones they're throwing look really genuine floating through the air and with the impact, another really weird and unusual bit is how the animating opening looks so basic, like a regular home drawing put on the cinematic screen, and another thing on this, you're used to there are stuntmen behind the wheels, but in one of the earlier scenes in this it is obviously the actual lead, by the way, this was the first time i realised his buddy doesn't have a driving licence. one of the car salesmen in this played the lead role in the very last flick of this franchise in 1969, he looks and acts spot on like comedian rodney dangerfield, it blows my mind, amazing. i can't believe what a massive amount of soundtrack this movie has, like it could be billed as a musical. funny how the bits in the plot is just over the top, as he's taken spinach like popeye the sailor man and turning into the incredible hulk or something, like when he sets a new record and the marker goes down through the ground, this movie is completely insane, the plot partly reminds me of the twilight zone episode "mr dingle, the strong", another funny moment is when the guest is on the phone and the wife supposed to believe it's her fella standing up to her. it looks funny as i don't recognise any of the old brands on the grocery shelf except there stands a regular huge cornflakes box, i love how the picture of the moose is obvious stock footage.
