In the episode, "Road Hog", with Raymond Massey, where a man tries to get revenge on the man who killed his son. I swear, one of Massey's sons, looks an awful lot like Richard Chamberlain. But, when this episode aired, Chamberlain was starring in Dr. Kildare, and was already a household name, but, his name isn't in the credits, unless I missed it.

shareI went back and watched, again, and looked at the closing credits...he was indeed in that ep. So, it seems, that Chamberlain and Massey, appeared together once before.

Also, while TV's Dr. Kildare, Chamberlain and Massey appeared together in one Hitchcock half-hour, the two lead players of another popular "doctor show" of the Sixties, Ben Casey, also appeared in some Hitch half-hours. I know that Vince (Dr. Casey) Edwards was in at least one Hitch, Sam Jaffe was in two or three, I believe, and really got the royal treatment from the Hitchcock people (or so it seems).
