Question for Japanese speakers

When Akemi and Otsu speak to or refer to Musashi, they call him by his earlier name, Takezo, but what it sounds like they are saying is "Takezooso" or "Takezoosoo". Are they actually saying "Takezo San", as in "Mr. Takezo"?
