The Haunted Mansion Episode

Okay. I'm in a bit of a problem, and I hope someone will help me out! (and I hope that this question hasnt been asked, if it has, please dont be mean to me lol) anyways, I remember when Disneychannel (Was cool) had vault disney, and I remember watching something, I dont know if it was an episode of this show or if it was just an episode of Mickey Mouse Club, where they went on the "new" ride, the Haunted Mansion. They, ofcourse, showed how the imagineer's thought up Disneyland, and how they did all the FX's on the ride, and it was in black and white. I was wondering if this was an episode of this show, or just a lil special that the had on the mickey Mouse club.

Anything would help!

You might be talking about one of two different shows. The 1969 special when the Haunted Mansion opened is available from Dave Oneal at Extinct attractions http://01508f4.netsolstores.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=65 Tell him that John from Georgia sent you!

The other is the 1970 special with Kurt Russel and the Osmond Brothers. This is available to watch or even download at http://www.doombuggies.com/media_video.htm

I hope that this helps.

The show was broadcast in the 1968-69 season, because also featured was E.J. Peaker, who played Minnie Fae in the movie "Hello Dolly" that same year (the older Osmonds explain this to Donny when he asks who she is).

"Don't call me 'honey', mac."
"Don't call me 'mac'... HONEY!"

Wow, can't imagine anything scarier than staying in a haunted house overnight for some serious spine-tingling thrills and being confronted by -- The Osmonds! "No, please, those dimples, those teeth! Nooooooooooooooooo!" (anguished cry trails off into the night)

I remember the one with Kurt Russel.

I saw it on YouTube not too long ago. Kurt Russell and the Osmond's take a ride through the Haunted Mansion at the end of the episode.

That's the one I remember too Hutch.
