Howard Keel as Fred Graham/Petruchio
If PEOPLE magazine had been around in 1953, Howard Keel would undoubtedly have been voted their "Sexiest Man Alive". Always good-looking, right up to his twilight years when he appeared on Dallas, he's got that indefinable and intangible "something extra" in Kiss Me Kate that makes him totally irresistible. Not only did he have a handsome, masculine face devoid of any pretty-boy vapidity, his body, clad most of the time in body-clinging costumes, is breath-taking. I'd love to experience Keel in all of his 3-D glory on a big screen! Nowhere is his powerful attraction better on display than in "The Life That Late I Led". WOOF!
