I think so. The Code didn't completely pretend such things never happened!
Forgetting the Code, I suppose it's possible he and Lorraine didn't have sex, just played around, but I doubt it. The only reason to wonder is whether they'd have enough privacy long enough in a room right off the restaurant to do it. Lorraine's bedroom would have been better.
Oh yeh. I imagine it was rough, too. He had already slapped her, and she didn't mind that enough to stay away from him or no longer want him.
