He mispronounced the word badger as bay-er...and Lucille Ball came out of character and commented on it.....that was funny. (a Hollywood episode)

That's from one of the Hollywood episodes. I think it's the one where Lucy wanted to go to the restaurant with Ricky when he was dining with Richard Widmark.

Not 100% , but it's a Hollywood episode.

That one's hilarious.

Fred actually had a funny one in "Lucy Goes to Monte Carlo": "You have NOT caught me red-hannid!" His delivery is hilarious on that one.
