Susan's biological mother?

What happened to Susan's biological mother? I know Celia was her stepmother.

reply

Susan's biological mother wasn't in the movie. The movie starts with Susan's father coming home from a business trip expecting to find his wife (Susan's stepmother) who has out visting her lover. Susan reveals that Celia is not her mother since her mother is dead.

reply

Did you actually watch the movie? It says nothing about her biological mom, so how the hell would any of us know? you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?

reply

When the father said something about Celia being her mother, Susan said, "She's my stepmother, my mother is dead."

So yes, the biological mother is mentioned in the movie.

reply

bpress, clearly you're the dull knife, aren't you. Susan's mother was mentioned in the movie. Did YOU actually watch the movie?

The point is, if you're going to be so obnoxious, it's best to be right.

I guess it's like looking at clouds. You see one thing and I see another. Peace.

reply

Well said parisel. I'm not sure how bpress missed that conversation between Susan and her father. Their discussion is our introduction to Celia. It starts to paint a picture, a not too flattering picture, of who she is and how she fits into the family. We also learn a few things about Susan and her relationship with her father and others.

reply

Actually, you are the one who should be asked the question. The person answered your question correctly. Did you pay attention to the movie?

reply

"if you"'re going to be so obnoxious, it's best to be right."

Excellent advice, which I always follow.
