THis is an interesting film

I saw the one person be critical, it isn't a bad film, it isn't a classic. It is just somehow-different, it is typical 1940's formula at times, but then-perhaps the outdoor shots, take it into another realm. All I can say, is I sure envied Scott when he was at the bar, and gets invited to the party by that very gregarious blonde-not sure where that came from, but wow. I liked the film-Reagan for the politics gets negative views often in his films-but he was a good actor, and could take the mediocre and make it more fun to watch. It was racy for it's time, so by 1940's standards it stands out by it's innuendos and other things thrown in. By our standards, we do not know what to make of it. It was before it's time, but we have now long passed it's simple notions.

It's a very good movie. Scott and Smith are excellent, and the more I see of Reagan, the more I realize how charismatic, likable, and good an actor he was.
