Pete's madness (SPOILERS)


When Pete puts off the flame from a candle with his bare hand at the end of the movie. I thought that was a very clever (and visual) way to show Pete's madness. For a long time, psychiatrists believed that schizophrenics were unable to feel any physical pain.
