In the scene when Uncle Remus brings back Johnny home and when the grandmother talks to him "You and you're stories.." the scene cuts and camera angle is shifted. Did they cut the dialog ?

What did she say to Uncle Remus ?

Are you watching it off of the link I posted? I believe it's a remaster of the theatrical cut.

The one on archives.org ? no maybe I'll watch it later considering it's public domain in many countries.

I remember watching the Japanese LD release sometime ago, I've been watching old films since the curfew began.

Is the scene the same in that version ?

Yes the archives one.

I heard that they edited it for subsequent releases so if this is from the original version it might be different.

I actually checked it seems like a forced cut nothing censored from that scene maybe damaged film segment removed.
