Does anyone know if Rodney and John survived the war? I know frank obviously did but the ending of the movie leaves me wondering what happened to his brothers.

That's a good question. There's a real book about this family that was published. I am sure it has the answers to a lot of questions.

At least one of them did. He became a screen writer and won an Oscar.
