Decent Serial Almost Ruined...

...by the cringeworthy Flash (Willie Best) character. I can't fathom why they'd add such an annoying and unfunny character. It reminded me of the addition of Hugh Herbert's irritating character in The Black Cat (1941), only much, much worse.

This character didn't fit at all. His additions were so forced it detracted from the rest of the story. What a horrible decision to include such an unnecessary character.
