Who was the woman that got an autograph from Joe (Cantor)?

She was a bubbly character that mistook Joe for Eddie Cantor and got his autograph.

I could've sworn it was Alice Pearce, she had similar facial features and that same deadpan (but very funny) delivery. However Ms. Pearce's page says her first role was six years later, in 1949.

I can't even find this role in the cast list, does anyone know who the actress was?

If you mean in the restaurant when they got the idea for Joe to imitate Eddie, that is undeniably Mary Treen (It's A Wonderful Life, Joey Bishop show, Brady Bunch when Alice left, etc.)

She may be uncredited, but that was her.

I thought exactly the same thing. She did sound remarkably like Alice Pearce.
