Who's the beautiful actress in blonde wig who plays the duck girl, the one who "greats" the monster and Ygor at the village gate?

She looks and sounds like Noel Neill (Lois Lane from 'The Adventures of Superman' starring George Reeves, but there is no indication that THAT is her.

Her name is Janet Warren. She still lives at the age of 92.
