Fun Abbott and Costello movie

In the Navy is a lot of fun, and has several classic routines from the boys. It’s not quite as bubbly as their earlier Buck Privates, but there are plenty of laughs. The long lemon and money changing bit is top notch. Bud and Lou have perfect timing, and get solid help from Shemp Howard. It’s also great to have The Andrews Sisters back, although none of their songs are quite as catchy as those in Buck Privates. This is still Abbott and Costello at the top of their game.
