Had imagined another lie

My idea for The Great Lie was that the husband was never lost. I thought maybe he was just pretending to be lost in the jungle so that Maggie would have time to seize the baby and then he might return when it was a done deal. After all, the timing of his absence sure was convenient.

If they ever do a remake I think they should explore this angle. :)
