I've watched this film so many times over the years and I simply love it. Judy Garland was great as was everybody in the cast, especially the witch and the scarecrow and the man dressed in a tin suit.

The expressions "tough" and "tough shit" are used to express a lack of sympathy. Since I didn't say anything to suggest I was personally wounded by your terrible "reviews", you are using those expressions incorrectly. Then again, I don't expect smarts from a bot.
