Quite Enjoyable

It's very much a B-Movie but the cast is recognisable and the pace so brisk you don't have time to focus on the silly bits of the who-dun-it story line. Nice to see Maxie Rosenbloom with a substantial part - he wasn't much of an actor but is very watchable. Also interesting to see Peter Lorre do 'Chinese' with just the aid of a pair of round spectacles - couldn't do this today but it's curiously effective.
