I love watching these old movies, especially at this time of year---but as i get a bit older, it strikes me deeply how horrific it is to be watching this monster who is just made up of patched together dead bodies
and yet, we feel so sorry for him ;/
Agreed. I can very easily get into the spirit of such a well-made classic film, and the whole concept of Frankenstein and the experiments that revolved around him is truly chilling.
