I'm pretty impressed by the full length nude scene.
I never thought this could be possible, back in 1933, in a "family" mainstream movie, starring a famous actress (i suppose she was, wasn't she?)

Kudos to Gibbons for his creativity and O sullivan for being such a hottie
Then there are the topless natives. Much clearer view of nipples that way, but I guess they followed National Geographic standards of decency.

To tell the truth, I found that scene quite boring.
There was no background music, only a "glug-glug" on the soundtrack.
And it really did nothing to move the plot along; it was just a titillating "filler".
Come to think of it, this movie had no background music at all, except during the opening credits and at the very end.
Apparently, MGM made this film on a shoestring budget.
