When it comes to movies that influenced special effects in some way, this film seems somewhat underrated because the special effects here are amazing

why is it underrated? its highly regarded among fans and in the industry

its just that its old and the lead actor is dead 75 yrs or so

Douglas Fairbanks was a real showman, and it came really came across in the great movie. I watched it again on DVD today, and it hasn't lost it's charm. Fairbanks was a remarkable athlete, and great actor. Wish there were more movies of his available.
