Like other people i wondered what the first title in IMDb was and i found this, some old one-shot movie with a small group of us movie geeks who for some reason typed it in. What you should do now is find the movie that is your birthdate! What i mean is this, if u were born on the 15th of Nov 1990 the abbreviated version is 11/15/90 (I'm from Aus but i changed it to the USA form). So then put it in as URL
Mine would be www.imdb.com/title/tt0111590, and it is... 'Vanya on 42nd Street'! Cool...not.
All you people that found 0000001 try this and post back what your movie is, your 'birth movie'.

European way:
Poslednje sovuljage i prvi petli, a yugoslav tv movie from 1983. The first word means "The next", the remaining words I couldn't ranslate.

American way:
Terminus, a French film from 1987. Haven't seen it, but I know the names of three of the actors
