Fortunately for me, I don't give a rat's festered ass what he thinks. If he was born with XY chromosomes and gonads, he's a man. No amount of makeup, hair, dresses, drugs, hormones, surgery, fantasizing, tantrums, or prancing around can ever change that hard biological fact. Dude, you're a dude. Period.
