Deadpool 2 and Joker

I am not racist but can someone explain to me how this ghetto hoochie landed the role in both Deadpool 2 and Joker?? I really do not understand and did not like either of her characters in both films. For starters, I found her ghetto hair to be a distraction. I think it’s very obvious that she slept with some of the higher ups in charge of the companies to get those roles. I speak for everyone when I say, both of her roles should have went to white actresses.
