I am just noticing in S4 episode 10, Decrypt, that Lea is looking a bit chunky ... is Lea pregnant, or rathe is Paige Spara pregnant?

Googling "Paige Spara pregnant" seems to show that this is a question. It looks as through Paige is pregnant, or may be pregnant. But, is the pregnancy Paige's or Lea's?
