Appalling interview of Hugh Grant at the Oscars

She asked him what he liked about coming to the Oscars.
He mentioned just to see all the Vanity Fair.
Oh, she says, you can let loose at the party.
She totally missed it. Vanity Fair is the title of a novel by Thackeray and describes a world driven by very vain people, a perfect description of most of Hollywood.
The interview totally fell off the rails from there. Grant walked away just rolling his eyes.
Hope they can find some more knowledgable interviewers.

I've know this lady vaguely, isn't she just a 'plus sized' model. That's her claim to fame. Why she is conducting interviews at the academy awards is beyond me. I'm not sure what can be expected of a big broad who's famous for being good looking and heavy.

I just saw the video of the entire exchange. It's worse than you painted it. This is one more reason Oscar viewership is dwindling.
