Seems to always look bloated

Even when skinny she has this face that looks like a bloated piece of fruit with double chin, and a little pasta gas-belly. I think it's great and brave though. I'm sure one day twenty years from now we'll all proudly look at Gaga and tell our children "This! This is what we thought was cool when I was young!'
