A new Banksy mural has been defaced within days of appearing in a quiet Suffolk seaside town sparking a police hunt for the culprit.
So Banksy gets a pass on what the public has decided is acceptable graffiti to be celebrated. Whereas someone else coming along to the same piece of wall and painting over it is to be hunted down as a criminal. share
