Gotham Award

Riz Ahmed won Best Actor at the Gotham Awards for Sound of Metal, beating, among others, Chadwick Boseman in Ma Rainey. I haven’t seen Ahmed’s film yet but it looks very appealing and seems that he may be on track for his first Oscar nomination.
