Turtle Mitch freezing AGAIN!!!!!

Mr. McConnell appears to be experiencing TIAs (trans ischemic attacks) which are pre cursors to a full blown stroke. He should retire.

That woman didn't even know what to do with him. LOL. Shameful! It's as if she never dealt with a senior citizen before.
