Silence: A Masterful Meditation on Faith

Martin Scorsese’s “Silence” may start out a little slow, but it soon builds into a powerful, though-provoking examination of keeping one’s faith and where one draws the line in staying true to their beliefs. It’s a lot to take in on one viewing, but patient viewers will be richly rewarded with one of the very best and most deeply felt films of the year.

Absolutely! It definitely tests ones faith beyond anything that I could imagine. So powerful.
