She's one of the more interesting Actresses working today

I like that she's not one of those actresses that goes for Oscar material, and that she goes for work that probably won't be seen by many or that she's underused in.

Even Lion and Her are fantastic films, she's either doing the token girlfriend role or a small role that many actresses with her profile wouldn't touch but cause the overall film is great she just throws herself into it, I love that about her. Another good example of this is the film Trash (2014), she's barely in it and the role isn't anything special but the film is great. She do the odd blockbuster film like Pan, but she feel's ill at ease in those films.

She also produces top class performances in films like Carol (probably my favorite role of hers), The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Social network (small role but she leaves her mark), Ghost Story, Una (film isn't that great but she is), Side Effects. She also did voice work for the wonderful Kubo and the two strings.
