is she even deaf?

Is she deaf or just a hearing girl who likes to play deaf roles? I watched a few clips of her on YouTube. There is no way that she can be deaf. I'm Deaf myself and think it is saddening that there are so many deaf actors/actresses who are not getting roles because they are going to hearing people that pretend to be deaf in movies and tv shows.
