I saw Chloe choice of starring in The 5th Wave as a way of getting back at when she "lost" the role of Katniss, too bad that she didn't knew that the genre was dying, she also tried to tap in the Fault in our Stars hype with If I Stay but that one didn't work out either.

Her move to a comedy might have been to show that she can still "headline" a film, even when the work is actually a ensemble piece with Efron, Rogen and Byrne.

Joey and Elle save themselves by starring in Indie movies rather than mainstream works and as such avoid that burden of being seen as carriers of the whole film.


and well, Joey does have a cuter face and the pink wig compliments her.
