Looks are subjective, so there is no real competition here.
But regarding their acting abilities I would say they are both equally bad. Palicki in John Wick, a movie where really nobody truly acted, was just awful. Every single scene with her was plain bad. Minka throws you off every scene she plays in almost human.
So I guess Adriana slightly better looking, both a waste of space as actress

You don't think writing has anything to do with it at all? Clearly you haven't seen her in Parenthood. How do people still not get that the writing has everything to do with the success of movies and shows? The shows writers helped get Dax Sheppard to a whole new level of acting very few knew he was capable of performing at.

If you're talking about looks, AP is definitely very pretty but I don't think she's anywhere near as attractive as Minka Kelly.
