It was taken a at a film premiere five years ago, as opposed to in a film, so there's your answer. It is a bit bothersome when the IMDb pic is old or looks nothing like the actor you're used to seeing.

I'm guessing some actors might prefer that. I think that was an old trick with magazines. When they wanted to invigorate someone's career, they plaster older pics of a younger, hotter star. I think Emily Blunt is quite attractive, but I'm sure others who are not aging well are just fine with their pic not being updated.
