I knew he couldn't actually be an American actor

I'll have to check that out. The only New Zealand show I've seen was Top of the Lake. Season I thought was fantastic.

Well in Outrageous Fortune he played a dual role as twin brothers. One was a pot smoking simpleton and the other a smarmy and slightly dodgy lawyer. Over the course of the 8 seasons you really come to forget they are the same actor, he was that good. The scenes where the brothers interacted were genius, clever editing but even better acting from Starr.

that's some solid ratings. its truly the golden age of tv there is so much content it has to really catch me.

I agree. He's excellent as Homelander and he was awesome in Banshee. One of my favorite current actors
