Broke my heart (not even a basketball fan)

I found out about this crash and his death; and then that his children were with him (this was before it was confirmed that it was "only" his 13-yo; and it was being reported that all his daughters were with him).
I just didn't know what to say, to be honest.
All I wanted to do was go and hug my own kids.
RIP, KB, daughter B and the passengers on that chopper.
