I don't want anyone else to play Kirk. It is really upsetting me. Shatner is Kirk and Kirk is Shatner. It is like re-casting Han Solo or...I dunno, Mulder or summat. Rubbish!

yes William Shatner is Kirk however they're looking for a young kirk (late 20s/early 30s) so I don't think William Shatner, who is now 76, could pull that off no matter how hard the make-up team worked!
