She doesn't look black at all.
Yes, she does look black. You're the one who sound ignorant of thew fact that black people come in all colors,sizes and shapes. She look exactly like a black woman,even though she isn't People of different ethnicities can resemble each other, and do so all the time.--nothing unusual about that. You're the one who's clueless about what various diverse people look like, or you wouldn't be so adamant about her supposedly not looking black. You just hae an issue with the fact that some folks think she looks black---if she looked like anything else (which she also does, like most biracial folks) you wouldn't be saying anything about it at all.
And to the OP: Learn to spell "color" correctly, and she's obviously brown-skinned---don't know why that was so hard for you to figure out.
