Trump tears into SNL again, threatens Federal investigation, undermines First Amendment.... And the show was a REPEAT

Donald Trump has threatened an investigation into Saturday Night Live’s persistent mocking of him on US TV.

The US president tweeted yesterday that the ‘Federal Election Commission and/or FCC’ should look into the veteran comedy show.

NBC didn’t even air a new show on Saturday night, rather a repeat of the 2018 Christmas episode....

“Tempting as it is to focus on the silliness of Trump’s thin skin, his tweets are disturbing on a much deeper level in that they evidence a complete lack of familiarity with the basics of media law and free speech.”

One of the comments says it all because I'm right there too: The PRESIDENT has more time to watch TV and be a social media butterfly than I do! Way more time to play golf, too.

I mean, IS HE just trolling? It seems like he has to be most of the time. Like his term is just one big social experiment to see how far he can push people.

Or he was seriously upset that of all the episodes SNL decided to repeat they choose to repeat one mocking him at a time when his Presidency and life are in shambles, more isolated and alone then ever. He turned on SNL for a laugh then realized he was laughing at himself and lost his temper.
