Watch Mojo: Top 10 Movies That Made You Love Hated Actors

I normally don't like anything Watch Mojo has to say most particularly in regards to Kristen. But I came across this video posted recently on May 28, this year and the video discussed the 10 movies that made audiences love performances by Hollywood's reviled actors and our girl K Stew ranked as #5 for her role in Clouds of Sils Maria. Funny, being three years ago, on May 23, 2014 Watch Mojo posted a video of Top 10 Most Hated Actors list where Kristen ranked #1- the very day Clouds had premiered at Cannes. Wow! When the self-righteous has to admit their faults.

Good to see. Seems that many people who only found out about Kristen from her Twilight fame and didn't care for those movies or her role in them, they've been giving her a lot more positive feedback for her latest roles. Even though she did some excellent roles prior to Twilight those who aren't familiar with her first knew her from Twilight. She's been showing and proving what she can do.

In their Top 10 Most Hated Actors video, similar to what Ron mentioned in his comment, it should be stated that Watch Mojo judged Kristen exclusively by her performance in the first installment of Twilight. Heck, even when they claimed she is terrible in interviews, the example they use in this video is of her talking about her Bella Swan character, who they now admit is one of the most hated characters in popular culture. Duh!

I would have to agree that I'm not particularly fond of Watch Mojo either since they seem primarily driven by clickbait--in Kristen's case it was popular to hate on her as an actress during and the few years after her stint with Twilight, not even bothering to refer to any of her other roles where she received critical acclaim, most notably Clouds of Sils Maria. Flashforward to 2017 and her supporters appear to vastly outnumber her haters on YouTube as more and more moviegoers are finally realizing "when given strong material" as this recent Watch Mojo video states, "Kristen Stewart can hit it out of the park." Better late than never I guess when it comes to finally letting Kristen live it down, with regard to her Bella Swan character.
