Was she part of the Fappening?

Highly doubt it for three reasons I can think of. If she was a victim of Celebgate, nude pics of her would have already been leaked all over the internet by now as she has been the target of paparazzi especially since starring in Twilight. Second of all, Kristen isn't a big fan of social media. And thirdly, I don't believe Kristen to be ignorant enough to be fooled by phishers into giving them her login credentials.
