Why won't he pay his "fair share"?

Even if can't find a way --- after using all the tax lawyers he can find and after using all of his own mental capacities --- there's always something called The Conscience Fund (that goes all the way back to the year 1811) that would be more than happy to take his money.

It's a way to make a direct payment to the US Treasury and is available to anyone (including Warren Buffett and all the other filthy rich liberals who complain that they aren't paying "their fair share") who feels guilty about cheating the government out of money. Buffett could go back 40 years and send in almost all of his billions.
