Becoming a parent for the first time?

His wife just announced that she is pregnant. Now she did not officially specify in her post who the father of the child was, but I suppose we are to assume Seth is the father right? They have been married for 20 years so that would make sense.

Anyways, do we think his career will suffer because of this? I mean it seems like it's already on the decline.
