Besides the fact that beauty is obviously very subjective...
... besides that, I still don't see how Radha Mitchell and Emmanuelle Seigner are not classical beauties. I think they both look stunning, and I think especially Seigner comes pretty close to the definition of a classic (French) beauty. She frequently gets cast as the stunning "mysterious" or "femme fatale" type, and for good reason. If you would cast here in a remake/tribute to a 40's/50's black and white movie, I think it would be hard to tell it apart from the real thing.
Anyway, I agree with the original poster that Mitchell and Seigner are pretty close look-a-likes. All the time watching 'Surrogates' and looking at Mitchell's profile picture, I was thinking, what do I know I her from? I now realise I was probably thinking of Seigner.
What I don't really see is the resemblance to Jessica Lange or Robin Wright, besides the fact that they have blonde hair.
