Decent actor

I've only seen this guy in small roles like in Transformers and Resident Evil. Biggest role I've seen him in was as School boy in Rambo.

Good actor and all, but why didn't he become a bigger star, given Hollyweird loves English guys and a lot of them get big breaks?
