Goodness, no. Someone who I think could pull off John Madden is the comedian Frank Caliendo. His Pat Summerall/John Madden routines are comedy gold and I think the "Hollywood makeup people" could work their magic and have Caliendo look pretty much like Madden.

But Will Ferrell? No...not interested.
